If you subscribe

Reply to the Stripe receipt sent when you subscribed. That reply reaches the operator directly and is the fastest route for a cancellation, a refund request, a billing question, or a correction to a figure. Keep the receipt: it is also the record of which plan you are on and which download area is yours.

If you want to cancel

Reply to that receipt with the word cancel. Billing stops at the end of the period already paid for. If the files were of no use to you, ask for the last payment back in the same message.

If a figure looks wrong

Send the record identifier and the source file it came from. The government body's own file governs; if this site disagrees with it, this site is wrong and the page gets corrected. Sources are named on the method page.

If you have not subscribed yet

There is deliberately no sales contact and nothing to book. Everything the data can say is already on the public pages, and the pricing page states exactly what a subscription delivers and what it does not. A published mailbox is being set up alongside the domain; until it is live and verified it is not listed here, because a listed address that silently fails is worse than none.
